Griechisches Restaurant Kreta in Schwedt

Unfortunately, the food is prepared more in the Greek way than actually Greek. I had the best of the lamb, at a typical meat dish price: meat was of good quality, BUT: no sauce, as we know it from Greece, for example with herbs such as thyme or the like, and the potatoes as a side dish were a disaster, the zaziki tasted like typical supermarket goods, the olives were incredibly dry and bland in flavor. For us, the impression was that quantity (full plates) is more important than quality (originality, food quality). There is no other way I can explain the use of deep-fried potatoes. We won't be back anytime soon. It's a shame for the region, where there are still very, very few good restaurants.

Very friendly and very quick in preparing food. Very good service, despite partial lockdown. We would love to come back because the food is very good. Stay healthy and good luck.

There were four of us in the restaurant around 4 p.m. It was nice and empty and calm. The waitress was eager and the food was really good. Gladly again, then I'll at least leave the salad out because the portion was good, but please don't use it as an opportunity to reduce it ... Then we won't be back. Everything 👌

The food was delicious again and even though the staff knew that they had to close again, they were very friendly and spread a good mood. Fortunately, food for home can be picked up there during the closure. We will certainly use that so that they survive this time and hopefully you can eat there again soon.

A very nicely decorated restaurant with very nice staff. The portions are more than ample and the food tastes good. Unfortunately no full stars, because you had to wait for drinks, or no one came to order. Having empty glasses for half an hour on a table of 17 does not match the rest of the impression.

After the opening, we experienced a pleasant atmosphere, enjoyed tasty dishes and used a nice play area for the toddler. The service was very friendly and was able to meet our needs quickly. A big thank you.

We ate here for the first time. The newly furnished, large restaurant is also recommended for families due to its outdoor playground and an extra indoor playroom. The service clouded the positive image, too slow, sometimes hardly understandable and the order for the food was only taken when I asked. The excellent food and the large portions iron out this shortcoming, however.

I rarely give five stars, but this Greek restaurant more than deserves it and finally a restaurant in Prenzlau and the surrounding area where you can go and not only get schnitzel or frozen food! The menu is very extensive, the food tastes excellent, large portions and reasonable prices. Service very attentive without being intrusive. Rooms very inviting and large, very nice large beer garden! We weren't there for the last time !!!!

It was our first time to eat in the Greek restaurant and loved it. The interior is very attractive and nicely decorated. As we knew the former restaurant and its interior, we were amazed when we entered the new restaurant how much you could get out of this building. In addition, a seat has been created outside and what is very noticeable is the family-friendliness, there are games for children both outside and inside, which are also clearly visible to parents. Our meal was excellent. It was the tastiest Greek meal we've had in a long time and the portions were adequate. We didn't have to wait long for our food or drinks and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit.

Friendly, but unfortunately not good food quality. The side salad was with yogurt dressing and consisted of only three components. No onion, no tomato, no cucumber. In the middle of summer! Unfortunately, meat is also not of high quality.

This is the second time we have been there and the food, as before in Templin, is excellent in taste and the portions are large. A very nice ambience. Plenty of space inside, even for large celebrations. Staff very friendly. If something goes wrong under stress, you will immediately receive compensation. Keep it up.

... an absolute recommendation. I've visited this restaurant twice so far. After initial "difficulties" in service (shortly after the reopening) my visit convinced me yesterday. Good and friendly service, very good food, large portions ... and of course (free) ouzo. You should bring some time for your visit.

Very nice ambience and nicely decorated. The Greek atmosphere is passed on to the customer at all times. Unfortunately it took a long time to be served but that was because it was very full. Tsatsiki is really delicious. The dishes are typically Greek. Clear. Price performance is top. Best of all, the Uzo was free all evening. The next time you order drinks faster, there will be 5 stars.
